--------------Our lambs are due from mid-February through till May.
Join us at the farm to catch births, feeding and get close to our new friends!
You may even get to name one, as many lucky children did last year!
We are due lambs from three different breeds of sheep, the first due are the Zwartbles, our biggest breed.

then the Jacob's, you will spot them from their black & white colouring, similar to cow print! They are due March to April.
Lastly the Ronaldsay, originally from the Orkney Islands, Scotland. They are a very rare breed & we are very proud to be helping them breed at Animal Farm. These lambs are very small, we had one smaller than a rabbit last year!
 
** Please note we encourage out lambs to feed naturally from their mothers and do not interrupt this with unnecessary bottle feeding. Only when a lambs is orphaned do we bottle feed, and depending on the health of the lamb we may be able to offer bottle feeding to the public. It is important that our animals are treated with respect and not harmed by public interaction. We hope this does not cause dissapointment, and can assure you that getting close to newborn lambs and watching their first moments is a truely magical experience in itself! **
